Underage and Accidental
Wow... his hair is getting kinda unruly. Do you think you can "trim" it up?
Sure! (click beard trimmer to size #9) Well, that didn't cut much. No, it didn't. (click beard trimmer down to size #7... proceed to "trim" down the middle of Adon's head) WHAT HAVE YOU DONE? ... tears tears!
I've learned that, although it will grow back, the worst part is that I cut Adon's "baby" hair. It's not so much that a buzz cut is bad (maybe for December in NW PA)... it's that Ash wasn't ready for him to become a toddler let alone lose his "baby" hair. Yes, I cut the baby off of his head... forever! I get it and I do feel bad even if I processed it all a little differently. It really was an accident.

I've got to share the story behind the photo above this sentence [top-right] of Val with Adon. She is showing him a picture of Ashley's older sister (older than Nate even), Sarah, who died of leukemia as a baby. Val explained to him that it was a picture of Aunt Sarah. It was a very moving moment for me to just sit back and observe.

Boogie cheers for Beanie and the BUCKS
It's official... Adon's winning percentage is 100% as the BUCKS routed Michigan 42 - 7 as he watched his second OSU v. MI game! Granted, he slept through the first one last year!
Alas, Penn. State blew it again by defeating Michigan State so officially we were .500 on the day! I still think we're going to get paired up with someone sweet come bowl selection time!
Knocking back a cold one while watching "Lil' Animal" knocking one out-cold!
PLAY-Ball!
A lot of people ask how the dogs are with Adon and vice-versa. Honestly, we both come from families who always found the proper and responsible ways to incorporate pets into the home. Ashley's knowledge from working at the veterinary hospital, combined with our personal experiences has seemed to really create a good atmosphere for this to take place. Adon LOVES his puppies and kitty... and they... tolerate him! See for yourself!
Please notice how Adon totally pounds the ball off of Coop's face at first... that gets me every time! Coop is so good with him... Bo avoids him. Adon will crank on him all the time and then lay his head down on Coop to rest... it's priceless!
